These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

1. OUR PRODUCTS

THE POCKET POD sells compact, reusable containers intended for general-purpose storage of small personal items.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information are provided to help you understand the product before purchasing.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screens and normal manufacturing or product variations.

2. PRODUCT USE

THE POCKET POD is intended for general-purpose storage.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended use.

The product should not be used for purposes for which it has not been represented or designed.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices and promotions may change from time to time.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to successful payment and our ability to fulfil the order.

We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, payment, stock availability or delivery information.

If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we will communicate with you and provide an appropriate remedy.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, including Yoco where applicable.

We do not receive or store your complete payment card details where those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

6. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using tracked Aramex Store-to-Door delivery.

The standard delivery charge is R90 per order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weekends, weather, incorrect delivery information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle product issues, returns and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude or waive any consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or waived under applicable South African law.

Where applicable, THE POCKET POD will provide the remedies required by law.

8. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The THE POCKET POD name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics and original marketing materials are owned by or licensed to THE POCKET POD unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or commercially use our intellectual property without permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store relies on third-party services including Shopify, Yoco and Aramex.

Those services may have their own terms, conditions and policies.
